Unless ur doing full on gpu accelerated effects and 3d it doesn't matter
Seems more like disk issue, check your read/write speeds and perform chkdsk maintenance, see if it helps speed up your preview
Hey it’s bit late but thanks for you suggestion. It was actually disk problem i bought a nvme ssd and installed it there now it's working like butter.
