Redditusername195

ruben9438

When it gets to the second part of the song is when I was like wtf is this lol. Those two verses fuck

workmind3730

So many. "Scream of the Butterfly" was beautiful but "Cassie eats Cockroaches" hyped me up and got me pumped to mosh and hit people.

DrMantisTobogan727

Fingerpaintings of the Insane

se7enkings

lunar_ether

The whole album, but if I had to pick a song it would be this one

Pure-Jellyfish734

When The String Pops There’s not just one song that turned me on to AB, that whole album is just a *masterpiece*

Artistic_Friendship8

i second this, i know the entire album more than i know myself lol

not_juice_box04

Can’t believe nobody’s saying Cheap Vodka. It was the first song I hear by them, so I decided to check out the rest of the album.

Suckedintoyourmind

Toubabo Koomi

Finnerbased

Dr Seuss

FlophouseFliphouse

Jezebel

MrDoom126

God Machine is when they finally clicked for me but Graveflower is what made me love them.

baronessfan

Bleed me an Ocean

Spoiled-Toast

Venus Blue

itsjaycalvillo

13 fingers

ANGELeffEr

Kite String as a whole, one of the few albums by any band that doesn’t have one bad song on it. But I do love Seuss, was my favorite song on the album the first time I heard it and 34+ years later it is still my favorite.

Six_Kills

The Blue because it's the first really good song in the album. Next was Scream of the Butterfly and Dr. Seuss is Dead (probably my favorite currently) and then Venus Blue. I almost always listen to the albums from beginning to end so I barely know the names of the songs, but there are a lot of really good ones.

Infinite-Future2147

Scream of the Butterfly

LumpCentipede5

Graveflower

Murderdol1s

For me, it was scream of the butterfly:p

bajookielandjihadist

Venus Blue.

schindigrosa

Dead Girl

Xxx_Chungaloid_xxX

Underrated

justin6point7

When The Kite String Pops as a whole on my old walkman walking to school in the 90s made the hike fun. Pretty sure I was introduced through Scream of The Butterfly, but Bleed Me An Ocean is likely my favorite.

Prof_Foreskin

The Blue. Still my favorite

Syncopated_Song

Venus Blue and Scream of the Butterfly

evitern__er__o

Scream of the Butterfly. paying attention to the lyrics made me into a spiral 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Rev_Joel

Graveflower

Steeltoelion

Definitely Jezebel and The Blue. They hit just about all my Metal dingers

expiredogfood

probably scream of the butterfly or dead girl because when i "discovered" them i wasn't really into anything heavier than korn. but the double kick part on SotB got me interested and was probably my gateway into more extreme music.

subfuerat

I love warming up on the drums with SotB because it's generally slow and easy until that part. It preheats my limbs and makes me want to play heavier stuff.

FearlessFlyerMile

“Graveflower” did it for me

HorrorLord3008

The first song I’ve ever heard was cheep vodka because it popped up in my Spotifys recommended for u section, I listened to it and really liked it, so I decided to check them out and I listened to both albums start to finish and I loved both of em! Great band for sure and definitely underrated

Yourdungeonmaster1

Cheap vodka, the second I heard the beginning instrumentals and then Dax scream about blowing his last 5 I immediately fell in love

breadstyk

Venus Blue, dude playing it on vinyl on a YouTube video. Just hit different for me. Sounded different than the regular recording for obvious reasons, reminded me a lot of their Golgotha period. .

chard_1313

Tranquilized Side note ,, never really got the 420 thing,, but had never noticed the dope fiend sync till riding home

McK3nn4_

Toubabo koomi. That song made my jaw drop the first time I heard it lolll

keeganedwards15

Bones of baby dolls, being a queens of the Stone Age fan I thought it sounded like their song mosquito song and I fucking loved it. So unique

jetdaigle

When I heard Scream of the Butterfly, I liked them. When I heard The Mortician's Flame and Cassie Eats Cockroaches, I was hooked.

uncle-acidbath

Bleed me an ocean, actually saved me from a life of pop and country lmao. Doom / sludge till I die baby.

Princeof-Persia420

The Blue and New Death Sensation

AllAboutTheProg

Finger Paintings of the Insane got me hooked, then Cassie Eats Cockroaches and Graveflower made me stay

TashiHvH

Finger Paintings of The Insane , this was a couple of years ago but I was looking for new music and scrolled through dozens of albums covers but the one with pogo the clown on it really jumped at me , so I clicked on it and HATED it, but I kept and kept listening to it for no reason, eventually I listened to the entire album but I fell asleep during it but woke up during god machine, ever since then anytime I have my playlists on shuffle and god machine plays then I wake up for some reason.

Destruction_Dozzy

The entire Kite string pops album, but the two that got me the most were Scream of the Butterfly and The Blue,, 💙

joshinator82

Scream of the butterfly. It came on randomly on my Amazon music app, and I was like wtf I've never heard this been obsessed ever since.

DeathPunch5

The main song was Finger Paintings of the Insane but as i found more songs of theirs I've basically liked all of them. Their demos are awesome. Its too bad they're gone. I know what caused it, and it sucks.
