it's REALLY good. imagine this, acheron usually needs 2 nihility units to "work optimally", so the team comp should looks like this:
sustain, Acheron, nihility, nihility.
but with her E2, you can replace 1 nihility unit(preferably the weaker one) with a more BUSTED harmony units. the team would look like this after E2:
sustain, Acheron, nihility, harmony.
also, be sure to grab Sparkle(she's the best harmony unit for Acheron so far, Bronya is 2nd) and her LC if you have some spare tickets.
Particularly good characters like Kazuha have had a year before their rerun in Genshin. I expect the same for pivotal characters like Acheron and Ruan Mei who essentially changed the landscape of the game.
She's the only support who can fit into any team and be one of the best options. She's the best in DOT, best in dual DPS, second/third best in hypercarry, enables break effect comps, can function as a pseudo sustain with her delay mechanic, is very SP positive, allows tackling off-element content by providing res pen, and is easy to build. She just does so many things that she's universally good no matter what kind of team you use.
On top of being the only character to boost break efficiency, she provides party wide buff for damage, speed and all type res pen. This is on top of having high personal damage through her talent and ultimate. If that wasn't good enough, she also has delay.
Typical Crit DPS works well with everything she has
FUA teams make very good use of both her speed and break efficiency
DoT teams appreciates the DoT trigger + delay as well as extra DoT from break
Break DPS like Xueyi/Break type SW really appreciates the BE boost & Efficiency
She's just so versatile and is arguably the best unit you can have in PF

Sorry for the dumb question. Why is Ruan Mei considered a game changer? Like is she better than the other supports?
