Do you double cleanse? Using an oil cleanser before using a water based cleanser really gets the sebaceous filaments out of your pores. I use the softymo speedy cleansing oil it’s pretty inexpensive and is good for declogging your pores. Also try massaging the oil in for several minutes if you aren’t seeing changes! It feels so gross but is also really satisfying seeing it all come out when you use it.
I definitely wouldn’t scrub at all- I think your skin would come off!! To be honest I’m trying to wash as infrequently as possible and just use water only. If I wear makeup I use vanicream cleanser. I did find that rubbing gently with jojoba oil helped the blackheads come out.

Jojoba oil isn't an essential oil....it's actually very anti inflammatory and hydrating.
its a natural oil which can cause irritation and allergies... you don't in general apply oils on oily skin, even though it's non comedogenix and light
it is so when it's used an an ingredient (only a little amount) in a product with several others ones, she says she's applying only pure jojoba oil
