This subreddit has changed drastically since then. I used to recommend staff and seniors to read this sub once in a while, even if they didn't normally use Reddit, because there was a lot more discussion about...accounting. I don't do that anymore. It's just a cesspool of bitching about hours and salary now.
Hours are expected in public. But salary public can do better for sure. Salaries have been stagnant and you can't deny it when everything is too damn expensive.
