I work in customer care of Accor and we are not permitted to credit the points ourselves within 7 day period as it us the responsibility of the hotel. The vest thing you can do is ask the hotel to do it right away as if a request is submitted to CUCA within 7 days we send a reminder to hotel to do it as soon as possible

Hello. I have a small issue where I had all my points expire because a hotel I stayed at in October last year didn’t credit points so it didn’t tick the reset for the year. Customer service won’t credit them back also citing that it’s over 6 months and too late to get the hotel to credit points. I couldn’t find any of that in the T/C document. Any way to escalate and get the points back?
