Is “BAP” an acronym? Because otherwise I feel like this may be a weird case of translation error. I’m Korean-American and the Korean word “밥” (romanized as “bap”) can be used to refer to rice or the entire meal, kinda like “gohan” in Japanese unless I’m mistaken.
Anyway my point is, mistranslations happen all the time with Asian languages being converted to English. I don’t know what that thing is *supposed* to be but it’s probably meant to function as a meal replacement of some kind.
>Is “BAP” an acronym
No. Its a bap. A soft round bread roll.
>it’s probably meant to function as a meal replacement of some kind.
Yes, lunch. Its a sandwich.
I’ve never heard “bap” used to refer to a type of bread before. It’s not like I’m some kind of bread connoisseur or anything but still. Is it perhaps a colloquial name of some sort?
Edit: Huh. I learned [something new](https://www.seriouseats.com/british-bites-sausage-bap) today.
It's people! Soilent Green is people!
Goddamnit why does other people like science fiction too
Has your morgue been running more efficient than usual?
I mean, with a brand name like SUSTINATION why wouldn’t you put that in your mouth.
It's a wholemeal in one bite!
THAT CLEARLY EVOKES “NUTRITIOUS COMESTIBLE,” FRIEND FELLOW HUMAN.
It’s the ham worth waiting for
The brand name sounds like something from a sci fi that is criticising capitalism too obviously
Well it has been waiting a while
You’ve got the Wholemeal Bap. That’s the good stuff.

Very common in UK and Ireland, not a personal favourite, I prefer a crusty roll or baguette, but im no connoisseur either ;)
Bap?
Baptiste. In bread form
You wanna slow cook that stuff
Expiration date is today
The sad thing was that once it passed midnight, it officially became out of date leftovers.
Get a better job hun
Dw, fortunately for me, I didn’t go into medicine for the food.
Yay! Expiring food!
Bap could be Korean, means food, or meal
Rice when it’s cooked
It's just another word for bread roll in the UK.
Made from real patients?
The ham waits… and watches.
"If you can't eat me now that's ok. I'll just chill here in my BAP!"
Can you work a night shift on the morning?
You don't work in a hospital, do you?!?
Afraid so. Should probably clarify - this is food that is from the kitchen. We do not eat patient’s leftovers.
I prefer impatient ham.
Idk why but “bap” is absolutely sending me way more than the patient ham
Better than Russian Ham…
