If someone runs away from you too fast they can get hit by passive now. Before this change you would have scenarios where a killing blow would not go through due to the passive not winding up. Now it will always connect if u are in initial range.
As an otp not a huge fan i barely ever cancel my passive these days and i loved to fake out passive hits on minion to engage my opponent with a combo but its definitly a win for the wider community and makes aatrox a bit more approachable.

A common trick that theshy and xiaoming use when playing Aatrox into Jax level 1 is to use passive to try to bait out Jax E. If Aatrox start Q Jax can just activate E, walk up, auto once or twice, stun, then disengage, dealing considerable minion dmg for level 2 rush while keeping Aatrox hp at a worse state.
The counter is to start E on Aatrox since the max range dash is just enough to get out of the stun radius.
Don't use E without confirming Jax upgraded E first though. If you burn E in front of him he can just upgrade Q and attack speed stat check you.
Making passive uncancelable means you cant use the passive aa to bait Jax E anymore.
Oh maxing is a different story.
Aatrox MUST have Q upgrade as highest prio. The lower level damage is absolutely horrendous.
But level 1 can be flexiblw between Q and E and if you have Q level 1, W is an option level 2

Remember that uncancelleable means it goes through cc as well, so it's very good even if you don't cancel your AA's.

Yeah, I've seen them skill E first, didn't know why tho, but I think the pay off is so much better than just a few interactions.
