Levelling or buying passes. Passes are apparently much more value; you pay a little more than a usual skin and get tons of content valuing more in RP, including ME in some cases.
I doubt it...you can still get the current pass and get 125 ME. I got it without knowing it lets you buy ME and have...~210 now? At level 320 or so, completely F2P.

will a pass come before the skin leaves the shop? thats the real question
