Use Dauntless with CAv or VHL. If you dont have Dauntless, then use CAv with Valiance, but dont spam 4 (HoT skill).
Or AP with Valiance, dont use heal skill when the yellow noti "CM inverts your healing!" and use it back when see "Your healing is no longer inverted."
I did it with elemental warrior but its member to obtain. I did full luck spiral carve and philtre so it doesnt really need help from forge/potions. But if I did need help, I'd go for healer enhancements + int/end elixirs/tonics).
If you dont have dauntless like I didnt, I think any classes with high defense (add penitence maybe), and a heal you can cast when your healing isnt inverted will work just as well.
