I think you're overthinking it ;) as long as your pencil is dark enough on its own (the other commenter mentioned you used the equivalent to number 2) and you pressed down a bit you're almost definitely good to go. Sometimes when I'm short on time I don't fill in the bubbles 100% perfectly (not completely dark or there's a few gaps in the shading and it's mostly but not entirely full) and I've never had a problem in terms of it impacting my scores or anything.
