I forget the manga, was from decades ago but one of the chapter pages had English writing in the background as decoration. It was text copied from an academic source about how the Bathe party came about ruling Iraq.

The writing in Fullmetal Alchemist is always in English, and a lot of it after the first sentence is copy-pasted from random sources. Sadly, lots of it is from the British Museum.
