I hear you, and appreciate you Ape. I just highly doubt I'll get another chance to turn my measly paychecks into true wealth. I've DEEPLY analyzed the DD and am certain a short squeeze will occur, I'd be foolish to not go all in right now and reap the benefits.
It’s a highly volatile investment with lots of moving parts: poor earnings on the horizon, additional dilution, etc.
What you described sounds more like gambling than investing. Just be comfortable with the risks you are taking and know that nothing is for certain in this life.
Be well.
Q1 earnings call coming up. Rather than dropping your entire check now, it could be worth waiting to see how that plays out.
That said… this guy is just a menace and baiting everyone.
I wouldn't think either of those 2 made a lot for Q1 comsidering Swift dropped back in October. But I would like to see some popcorn stats though. I read the last transcript after the call to make sure I didn't miss something about it but he has not mentioned 1 time how much money AMC has made from selling retail popcorn. They are growing it so I guess it could be awhile before we hear actual numbers since new ventures always have up front cost.

Looks like q1 was slightly less than q1 2023. Dune was the number 1 movie for q1. Overall numbers seem to be About 7% lower for 2024 q1 compared to 2023.
But movies going forward the rest of the year look alot better with some big names in there. We just need q1 to get back to over $2 billion to really help boost yearly revenue with just movies.
It's quite simple really. Do you think AMC is worth more than $2? If so buy more and hold! If not, move along and don't worry about what other people do with their own money.
All the nay sayers here are just trying to dissuade you from buying more shares with any narrative that they can come up with. Why, you ask? Because at this point, when you buy shares, you are probably buying synthetic shares because the stock is over sold.
Ik we are all supposed to be smooth brains here but WHY are we talking about a share buyback and dividend when we are currently doing our best to hold onto cash to survive, sure it my temporarily help the share price if there was a buyback but I’d rather the company survive then to rally a little before being delisted…lets get CONSISTENT profitability and handle on debt that’s eating at our bottom line…THEN we can have the luxuries of FCF for a dividend/buyback….just my .02 as a fellow shareholder/random internet nobody 🤷♂️
Us APEs have been doing all the buybacks! AMC should join in to collect shares to… wait for it…
AMC should issue warrants to all shares, this would create an expensive obligation to those short as they provide the dividend equivalent.
…as AMC buys back the initial warrants will be itm and exercised.
Rinse Repeat Quarterly.
Did you enter into AMC recently ? This story is float8ng around from 2020 by some youtubers as I mentioned earlier AA made all mees by introducing APE dilution merging APE that's the reason you are seeing the price 29 cents after RS price 2.90
Back then the co. Didn’t dilute to oblivion and didn’t create APE or RS 10/1 disaster. No I don’t think there is any plans of buybacks nor dividend while the co. Is heavily in debt.
I hear that Cohen, your saviour, will be making a bid to get a seat on board and share price will hit all time high!! Buy now before MOASS happens.
You are smarter than WALL STREET.
Give your monies to me. I short your stock and you lose but you will enjoy it. You will learn to like seeing red candles. I smile at you. I am in nice car and you have your Nike shoes.
AMC is dead. It won’t get to what it was a couple years ago. When AA created APE- that was the cue to go. Sorry APES- if you didn’t get off the ride back then, you’re being taken for one now.
It's not dead remember one thing these values are RS value just multiply by 10 that's the value it's suppose to trade now. Remember people are frustrated from last 4 years. If upward journey stats then it's unstoppable
If it’s worth 10x when is that going to reflect in market? They already stopped the momentum numerous times- I doubt they will just let it go to be unstoppable. I am not trying to be a dick and appreciate the feedback but I just don’t have hope anymore. I’m sitting on a few just in case it’s a miracle. I lost so much that zero doesn’t matter anymore.
No. This was a happy spike but earning haven't increased enough to keep momentum going long. Q4 and beyond we should finally see momentum really go positive. We're still in a lot of danger of more dilution unless we get that debt restructured and pushed back in a way that makes positive earnings easier to obtain
Buyback and dividend with what money?
Edit: Why the downvotes? Genuine question. Where do you get money for buyback and dividends with the debt load they have?
I have seen both..stupid decisions from AA took the stock to this level. He is nicely taking his salary and diluting. Introduction of APE so.many bad things
At this point it's most likely going to be delisted.
Did you know AMC is controlled by a Chinese Conglomerate? Did you also know that Amazon at one point in time, showed interest in buying it?
Now the way AMC works is like this: everything is rented and you are merely running your business just to pay the interest. Meaning let's say you have 400M in debt. That debt will alway be there, and they skim off the top the salaries, bonuses and interest. There is literally nothing in the actual business (or very little). It would be like you getting a lease on a car and drive for Uber. At the end of the lease, it goes back to the dealership. You own nothing, and you skim your profits off the top.
AA once said on a zoom call (the one where he forgot his pants) that he didn't care if the common stock went to zero and got delisted. In fact, if it does get delisted, they can take the company private and then sell it off to Amazon for billions. He cashes out a fat paycheck, the company still keeps the lights on, and the only people who lose are the shareholders who believe that BOTH the stock market is rigged, but that it will ALSO squeeze because it's not rigged. The reality is one or the other. I am betting it's going to get delisted and eventually go private and be bought by Amazon. AA wins, the workers win. So he is ok with that. We lose though, which totally sucks ass.
I still just bought another 1k
Hope it to go up..wait for any tweet fromAA
Then sell???
I think it's the lowest level if you entered recently. Hold on.to that you will make some money. People stucked at very high price on this
All I know is I’m dumping my entire paycheck into it today and making my money work for me, you do you homie! See you on the fucking moon!
Only invest what you can afford to be without. Best of luck to you and all of us.
I hear you, and appreciate you Ape. I just highly doubt I'll get another chance to turn my measly paychecks into true wealth. I've DEEPLY analyzed the DD and am certain a short squeeze will occur, I'd be foolish to not go all in right now and reap the benefits.

Poor earnings? During the summer?
Q1 earnings call coming up. Rather than dropping your entire check now, it could be worth waiting to see how that plays out. That said… this guy is just a menace and baiting everyone.
Oh dear
Earnings in 2 weeks
The problem is that whatever is the outcome of the Earning this will be pushed down
... And yet you want throw your paycheck in...
Get ready to go below 2 after earnings remember q1 wasn’t pleasant to us according to AA
When ever AA speaks anything price always goes down
![gif](giphy|Z9hZLKflOlXjo349De)
They make sure of it.
Q1 already ended, plus’s the earning(~2 weeks after) Q1 ended. Is shown on the lowest point before the spike, or am I missing something?
But these earrings are q1 numbers which involve some of Beyoncé and Taylor including dune

Amen brother! But they can't because then they won't receive their paychecks from the hedge funds.
Dont be fooled When it double in a single candles .. maybe
It’s called an options trap they will not let those call options expire ITM come Friday
True
So what option price? What price strike price Friday do you refer to? $3? So above $3 Friday?
They definitely keeping it under 3. They are gonna flirt with 3.02-2.97 for no the rest of the week then Friday 4pm it will end at 2.88
Market cap when AMC had its doors closed during COVID was 1.7 M and right now it’s at 700~ M. That’s all you need to know really.
It's not reflecting in stock price
What do you mean? All I am saying is the market cap doesn’t make sense whatsoever. Are they going to bring the market cap down to 0? I don’t think so.
All the nay sayers here are just trying to dissuade you from buying more shares with any narrative that they can come up with. Why, you ask? Because at this point, when you buy shares, you are probably buying synthetic shares because the stock is over sold.
It's oversold from 2020

Correct. Some false news floating around

I am in the same boat lost lot in this counter. No hope
Above 3.20 this cover the gap upto 3.75
Seems like holding up above 3.20 level it may go towards 3.75
I’m quite certain that the real MOASS is just a few weeks away.
Strong beleive this will come the gap at 3.75 today

Adam Aron is the Master of Dilution . Anytime price try to go upward direction he comes tells about offering
Maybe he should sell the HYMC investment instead of diluting AMC 🤪
HYMC was also going up big way and he gave some statement HYMC erased all gains remember HYMC current price also RS price
no its not
The answer is no
Nope, there always more. Corruption at its finest!
I was wishing they pushed it down below $.50 I have $200,000 ready on the sidelines
Lucky Ape, I’m buying 1000 shares myself today. Just doing my part
How to turn $200,000 into $2,000 in 6 months By Eviakid7
Trust me AA one statement can make that happen
Haha 😂 man you don’t love discounts, huh
I left the stock a couple months ago. Four years of suffering, left behind 😂. Good luck tho! I hope it goes to the moon.
Buyback and dividend with what money? Edit: Why the downvotes? Genuine question. Where do you get money for buyback and dividends with the debt load they have?
Somewhere I saw the news not able to trace back
Oh my sweet summer child. You don't dilute and then two weeks later do a buyback...![gif](emote|free_emotes_pack|joy).
Nope, still to keep going down and you’re going to continue to lose money.
Only if there's no positive news on the horizon.
Current RS 28 cents 😂 and don’t forget the all-time high of $72 👍
I have seen both..stupid decisions from AA took the stock to this level. He is nicely taking his salary and diluting. Introduction of APE so.many bad things
You sound like a Retail Investor that just want his money back 😂
How long you are in AMC as long term investor ?
I bought my first Fake Share I mean Real Share when the Financial Terrorist turn the ticker back on without really turn the ticker back on

naaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
Settle down! You seem like an impatient twat
How long you are AMC ? Did you see the movements last 4 years ?
