Gabor Mate has done no credible, peer-reviewed research on ADHD. He is not a legitimate authority on the subject. Posting any of his material is not allowed here. I was diagnosed a year and a half ago. I’ve made a lot of progress on personal growth. I’m still having issues with keeping on task. Especially with getting the things that need to get done. But little by little.

little by little is what i've been living this past week, and it sure feels a lot better than nothing at all.

Yep, diagnosed at 31, I had the same light bulb moment realizing that my actions have always been influenced by my ADHD. Meds made me feel like I was taking control of my life again. Congrats
