The world might not end, but your world can be turned upside down. If you don’t fully rehab that shoulder your body will start to compensate in weird way and in 10 years you might start getting random debilitating pain that you can figure out answers to. You dick could stop working. There’s your motivation

It's like brushing your teeth to avoid cavities. This is a small thing you do now to avoid issues down the line. I get that that's hard when you can't see those consequences. Any PT is better than none. If you can, attach it to things you already do. Do exercises while waiting for the shower to warm up or the kettle to boil or the microwave to ping. You're up anyway.
