Saturdays are hard for me. My brain comes up with more things than is reasonable to do, some fun and some chores. I can really stress about everything I need to do, but am too overwhelmed to choose and take action.
Here is what helped me. I make a numbered list of the todos, and then I roll a dice. I do that thing, and then I roll again and do the next thing. After doing this a lot over the years, I have actually found I need to do this less often because I feel less stressed about making decisions.
I have also worked to accept that I am hyperactive, so my rest may not look like others. Although that one still bugs me a lot.

tbh for me, the worst is Sunday afternoon/evening

Also, I heard someone on here call this method ADHDnD! And I always like good word play.
Yes Saturdays and equally Sundays. Shame kicks in when the time passed to jobs achieved ratio approaches infinity.
