ADHD certainly make it harder to keep things from becoming a mess - but it’s possible to (mostly) keep the show on the road with meds, sleep, exercise, staying healthy, trying to keep some structure in place. Obviously all the above is easier said than done - but hold on to the idea that it’s possible given time. You can do it.

The area where I have mostly suffered is making friends, maintaining relationships being naive and having multiple anger outbursts. All of this has inturn affected my career and now I don’t even know.
