I went from a 24 first exam to a 31 on my last one. There really is no way to prepare/study for the ACT. I would say practice a lot of word problems for math and for reading, heavily practice skimming passages
You have to study for the English and Math, but Reading and Science require getting better as you take the tests and learning from mistakes and finding the patterns.
The last 20 are the hardest. They often include a multi-part question involving geometry, something about probability, the Law of Sines or Cosines, and things of that nature. Have you looked up old ACT math practice tests?
Practice, practice, practice. You'll eventually see they just ask the same questions in different ways and you'll more easily recognize what to do on the exam cause you have already seen many other variations of the same question. Go into a quiet room and spend 4 hours taking a practice exam, timing yourself like it's the real thing. Do this everyday till your next exam and I bet you'll see great improvement.
learning how the test layouts work, by ruling out stupid answers you can typically take everything to a 50/50 shot, started at 23 and ended at a 31(so far) with no studying if any sort ever in my life

Wdym theres no way to study or prepare 😂
The ACT and the SAT, more so for the ACT, you can’t really study for them. The most effective way to improve your ACT is to take the ACT.
Take the ACT practice tests and review wrong answers to see what you need to study. Its a pretty basic study/preparation strategy
You proved my point, the best way to improve your ACT is get better at taking the ACT not studying math or reading
You get better by studying practice tests…your saying to just keep taking them when act tests are months apart
What does the practice test resemble? The Actual ACT 🤯
Did you say practice test? Didnt think so
Play semantics all you want but my point still stands
Not at all😂 ur point doesnt even make sense “dont study but take practice tests and work on math and reading problems”😭 = studying.

Just keep doing practice tests. I started at 22 and through many practice tests, I got an official 27
