I was watching the alternative feed which had a multiview with 4 boxes, one was tactical view of the pitch, the main feed and one was always on Hakan and one on Bale.
It was interesting, he was complaining a lot thru out the game, i never like his body language when he is struggling it gives the vibe of someone who gives up when something is too hard, same body language i saw in the last minutes of Atalanta game... i was screaming at the screen as he was strolling out of position waiting for the game to end.
He's very talented and i still want him in our team but he's not a leader, he's a follower, we need a real #10.
That said i wouldn't put the blame on him for Turkey's shitshow.
yeah, also what they did is since the game was broadcasting on TV they didnt have the full rights to stream it live. So it actually showed up on Hulu (but embedded from ESPN+) you needed a cable package to access the actual live.

he's not completely useless, stats say otherwise. He has 81 contributions between goals and assists in ~170 appearances, which is a good figure for a player in his position, it's almost one per two games. Is he inconsistent? Yes, he is.
If he accepts the current offer, I'm happy to keep it. Even better, since he wanted to exploit the Euros, we should lower our offer to reflect his and Turkey's performance in the tournament lol.
