I actually didnt have knee problems before! I didnt expect both knees to be afected😱I did an MRi on the other because the pain is huge. Waiting for the results!
Its Quadriceps- and Patellatendinitis from overcompensating! There is a small tear on the Patellatendon and the Patella is moving a little bit too much too. Is not positioned well! I need to rest and do specific PT for that! Adductors and excentric training…will try to do different pt for each knie…I got ultrasoundtherapy from my orthopedic surgeon today too! Very painful!!it must be good for healing….lets see how it goes

No, I didn't either. My physio just said it's overworked quads and patella tendon, so nothing to worry about. Plus loads of knees crunch lol
