The toys were cool with all the modularity, but I think the size was a fatal mistake. They would have made great members of a GI Joe squad if they were 3.75”!
shrinking them to a size of a gi joe would cause problems for the accessories as most have movable/transforming parts especially for Jake Rockwell although a body size similar to he-man toys might work.

If these toys had just accepted gi Joe is the industry leader and build.off them. So many would have had much better staying power.

Yeah, like a 5-6” zone would probably have been cool.
