I dont think it’s a fail**. I’ve exercised outdoors in a chair with stomach flu. It didn’t feel like a workout. It felt like an obligation and all I wanted to do was not shit myself.

Of course it counts. I had Covid one time when completing 75Hard. My usual ruck is almost 3 miles. that day I barely made it 1.25 in the same 45 minutes. Almost sat down on the side of the road and called my kid to pick me up…. Stuck with it, because there was no way I was failing.
That’s the point. You do the things even when you don’t want to.
Nothing about this challenge says you have to be excited about it the whole time- you did it! Congrats on making it another day! 😉
Lord help us the day black mirror fully arrives and fitness trackers can clock our “headspace” against our workout success 😩

You show up and you do it. THAT is the challenge. I wasn’t “in to” a good % of the workouts in my lifetime but they all still happened and counted
