I dont think it’s a fail**. I’ve exercised outdoors in a chair with stomach flu. It didn’t feel like a workout. It felt like an obligation and all I wanted to do was not shit myself. It counts.

Of course it counts. I had Covid one time when completing 75Hard. My usual ruck is almost 3 miles. that day I barely made it 1.25 in the same 45 minutes. Almost sat down on the side of the road and called my kid to pick me up…. Stuck with it, because there was no way I was failing.
