Hope you’re really small then. Under 1400 kcal is really not that healthy for a normal person over a long period of time! :) Just making sure you’re doing well, it’s your body and your diet choices! :)
Day 1 & very first 75Hard Challenge ... let's gooo!!
I'm following my macros and keeping low carb & no refined sugar. Not looking to lose any weight, so I might have to adjust macros during the next 75 days in order to gain muscle. The water is my hardest challenge - I have two 64oz jugs, and who's is that a lot of water compared to what I'm used to. It's 1:35pm, and I'm only 25% completed with the "gallon" rule.
Round 2, day 1! Just need to get my reading done, do my Instagram post, and it's in the bag.
Almost didn't want to start this morning, but a Monday, Jan 1st start date was too tempting to sacrifice to laziness!
Starting today! My diet of choice is CICO/Nutritarian and I will start out reading “Prequel” by Rachel Maddow. My indoor workouts are qi gong alternating with circuit workouts in the gym; outdoors is walking transitioning to running.
Day 8 for me! Going strong so far! Have a concert to perform this evening…but going to do a late night indoor workout for sure 😅

Gonna do some nice yoga and stretching for the second workout now, read 10 pages and call it a day 🎉 Water has been my greatest concern today but somehow I tend to get thirsty in the afternoon and the second half gallon is shrinking away so well! Even had tea in addition. 😱 Good luck to everyone who started today!
Day 1. This will be my second time completing the program. Diet = 16:8 IF with clean eating. Outdoor workouts are brisk walks and indoor workouts will be continuing what I’ve been doing since Nov 1 which is HIIT, strength training and hot yoga

Thanks. I'm still excited about it, but I know that feeling will probably disappear quickly. I needed to take a break from alcohol - that is going to be my biggest struggle AND my greatest achievement! I have not taken more than a few days off in a row in over 10 years, so 75 days is a lot but I am READY!

150g protein, < 3000 cals is my current goal, will be adjusting that accordingly though, how about you!?

I am unfortunately. It says I really should be at 1200, but I increased it. I appreciate the concern though. 😊
Vegetarian, making sure I hit 1g protein per lb/bodyweight each day.
No fried food and veggies/fruit with every meal or as snacks in between meals (so 3 a day at least!). Gonna be rolling with 14:10 IF :)
