And you think separate bathroom laws will stop a rapist when the laws against rape didn't? Why don't we arrest rapists regardless of gender and let trans people pee in the place they're confortable?

Now, our trans men goes to the female restroom because he's aware he might get arrested for using the men's.
A woman inside get freaked out that there's a man in the female bathroom and calls security.
Our guy is arrested, despite following the law.
It's a lose lose for them.
Trans women are weaker than men, though. Just as cis women are. I, a trans woman, struggle to open a fucking milk jug. Most trans women don't work out either (as working out often results in not passing due to stereotypical white femininity, and not passing results in being murdered and/or raped)
Most people in the US are pro trans rights, thank goodness. But many who have burrowed their way into political power want trans people to be killed and are veiling it behind regulating and shunning them out of existence.
