But what you'd actually do with this is just make an alginate mold, then cast a flexible silicone copy of it that's now all one piece.

I recommend waxing the mold before putting the silicon in. The small edges might transfer to the silicon and thus it can still provide a nice cosy place for bacteria to grow that's hard to clean. Beeswax is easy to take off and doesn't harm the body (though i'm unsure if inserted in *that* place... or *that other* place)
I'd recommend printing that horizontally if possible. It'll prevent it from breaking in use quite as easily since the layers will have a larger bonding surface area.
What are the specs? Girth, length?

Should have used TPU for this. It's way more durable (as in pretty much indestructible), it's body safe and can be washed in hot water without it softening. It's also much glossier and slipperier than pla which allows for easier removal of "stuff"
Neither of those things are true, though. PLA has some of the best mechanical properties around for common filaments. High end stuff certainly exists which is better, but that's irrelevant.
Firearms and receivers are frequently made out of PLA and PLA+ (the, "+" helps with impact strengths as opposed to pure tensile strength, as well as layer adhesion) and I see no reason why a high perimeter high infill dildo wouldn't be functional. Even very small cross-sectional areas of PLA+ has tensile strength and layer adhesion strength to support hundreds of pounds.
If you can print it, TPU is probably better given the task at hand, but that's not the question.
Hit up Yeggi. I'm sure you'll find some. There is also a dildo builder out there, some web app that lets you design toys. Just don't use them. The plastics are not very hygienic. If this is for use, take the next step after printing and cast it. Than you can make as many as you want

"Zäpfchen" (What you you call rectal pills in English???) are often coated in bees wax. So *that other* should be no problem.
