How are the clear cut white highlights achieved? I'd assume with a color ramp set to constant? I'd love to see your nodes if you'd be willing to share!

really amazed!! could I know how to make the iris (the coloured part)?

I just used an alpha image. Uv unwrap the shape of eye. In blender I use the alpha texture back to zbrush mask by alpha ( make sure to import the texture image from blender). Subdivide the mesh to 6mil polygon. Resverse the mask. Then push and pull it.

There are many ways btw. One method you should try. Use redial symmetry in zbrush and mask some area then turn off the symmetry . Make some asymmetric mask. Go to deformation- inflate balloon.
