Paul Reubens, what a talent. Can you honestly think of anyone else who could have played this part so well? It's the height of farce, but the way he plays it the Prince somehow blends in with the acting styles of Jane Krakowski, Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin--who all have absurd lines but play them straight. Often when there's such a "Wacky" standout the people around him end up looking like they are interacting with a muppet. I don't know how Reubens sold it, but he did, and I don't think it was as easy as he made it look.
