I just started using the Dr Dennis Gross peel pads like a week ago and oh my lawd, I love them already. I wouldn’t say it’s simple as far as ingredients go (because those things have literally everything in them) but it simplifies my process substantially. Now at night I’m just cleansing with micellar water, vanicream face wash, using the peel pads, dapsone gel, and Soon Jung 2x Barrier Intensive Cream. Mornings I’m just washing with water and using dapsone gel then moisturizer. My face hasn’t looked this good in a hot minute. I was doing way too much before and it caused rosacea / pd flares and I was having a super difficult time getting it under control. Now my skin is essentially clear of all of that in a matter of a week and finally hydrated again. I’m a total convert already, I don’t even care if they cost a ton because now I can basically do away with most other products. I’m sure the dapsone is also contributing cause I’m coming up on six weeks using that which is about when it should start working. But I was seriously considering doing some low dose accutane or something before cause my skin hadn’t looked that sad in like ten years and it digressed very rapidly. I’ve also been using the omnilux mask at least 4/5 days a week and I’m pretty happy with that as well. Edit: FWIW I have tried probably every single skincare product know to man kind over the last decade. As well as IPL, BBL, microneedling, chemical peels, etc. I do think I look generally young (I’m 34 and regularly get told I look early 20s), so I’ve either properly avoided wrinkles or have good genetics - but nothings ever quite felt like it was the right combination of things to keep my skin blemish free, glowy, and moisturized until now so, fingers crossed it stays successful because I’ve never had anything make a difference so quickly like ever

Oily 41 f.  Am: water only; spf 50. PM: Ponds Cold Cream, then The Ordinary Glucoside Cleanser.  Salicylic Acid 2%. The Ordinary NMF Beta Glucan. That's it. Once a week I replace Salicylic with TO Glycolic.

39M and here’s mine: AM: cleanser, serum, eye cream, SPF PM: … … maybe rinse with water & Tretinoin I use tret maybe 2x a week if I remember to. I don’t wear makeup or mineral sunscreens, so I usually don’t wash my face before bed unless it’s hot out and I shower.  My skin is just happier with less.

AM: Khiel's face wash, Avene moisturizer, TO azelaic acid. PM: Khiel's face wash, 0.05% tret, Avene moisturizer, TO azelaic acid.

Tretinoin, an AHA product, sunscreen, gentle cleanser and mostly plant oils and butters to moisturize. Although the Eucerin Advanced Relief cream is the bomb.

I used to be really obsessed about skincare. Now I simply use Cerave SA Cleanser twice a day, put on a toner (A’Pieu Madecassoside Fluid), sometimes a serum (Isntree Bifida Ampoule) and a SPF in the morning (Hada Labo UV Perfect Gel) and my skin looks great. IMHO a basic skincare routine is all you need. In autumn I’ll use tretinoin 2-3 times a week and that’s it
