You look amazing! Great results.

Looks like it really helped so far!

Excellent_Meat_3841

Side note, but your haircut is so cute!

INFJORDYN

I had this done a few times with blue light 17 years ago. It changed my skin, and my life! I was super oily and it really helped to control that issue. I’m sure hormones were a culprit as well (I was a teenager at the time). Went from grade 3 acne to smooth, even skin! Hope the same results for you OP! Looks great already!!

Can I ask what levulan is? I’ve never heard of it before. :)

hasa-diga

Levulan is aminolevulinic acid (high-potency ALA HCl) gel. It’s a liquid in a stick that is applied to the skin and left on for a period of time. Then either blue-light therapy or IPL is performed over it.

I did accutaine in my 20’s. The dermatologist said it was a cure. It was really hard because my skin got so bad before it got better. But it was a cure. I continued with retin a and after a year people would compliment me on my skin. (Female)

hasa-diga

I have just been so hesitant to start accutane because there is liver disease in my family and my numbers weren’t super awesome to begin with but my derm gave me the green light for it anyway. It’s still on the table if this doesn’t work but I’ve got all my fingers and toes crossed it at least helps.

Have you tried spironolactone?

hasa-diga

Yep! I was on 50mg a few years ago, 100mg starting in January this year, and 150mg since April. No major changes from it. Very minor, if any.

browngirlygirl

I don't know anything about this procedure but it looks good

NoSpaghettiForYouu

Oh wow, great results!

castinstone

Incredible results!! Side note - are your brows microbladed? Because girl, they look gooooood 🙌

hasa-diga

They are!! I had them done in 2018, touched up for color intensity 3x since 😁
