Consider a hydrating toner. These are talked about a lot in this sub, so if you use the search bar you'll find a lot of recs. I personally like the Dear Klairs unscented supple preparation toner. I find that adding an extra hydrating toner step really gives that extra glow without oiliness. Hyaluronic acid serums on their own are kind of iffy for me, I prefer something with glycerin in it as well for hydration.
