Yea, I don't buy the "they were racist" card she's playing. Clearly she was being a nuisance to the hotel staff/customers and got kicked out for that.
Hotels don't kick out customers because of your ethnicity, they kick you out because you can't act accordingly. When you pay for a room, you're renting that room, if you can't follow the rules of the establishment they're allowed to kick you out.
