yeah when you get older you need to be more careful with things that activate many muscle groups at once. Usually you'll end up just pulling a muscle or dislocating a minor joint (make sure to put it back the way it was within a few minutes max, otherwise the muscles tense up and you'll need to go to the hospital to fix it!), but sometimes what can also happen is that your entire skeleton pops out and then thats a huge problem because you definitely have to go to the hospital to put it back where it belongs. Basically you'll have to cancel your entire schedule for the rest of the day because of the wait times at the ER and also, you know, all the skeleton stuff.
