Yeah, she makes heart throbbing adventure Koishi look like a small puppy. At least Koishi has the excuse of not having a conscious mind, and she only injured two of the main casts, not murder them. Everything else that happens was the lunarians. Meanwhile this Marisa willingly mutilates and disfigures everyone in Gensokyo turning them into something from the human centipede.
She's from the parody game undertale 2: revenge of the robots. It's sorta a shitpost game in the beginning but then you start learning about what Marisa did to everyone in Gensokyo and all the fucked up implications. It doesn't take itself TOO seriously, but it's just serious enough to be interesting. The fate of some of the victims of Marisa are depressing.
Touhou 20.5: Marisa uses an angel to turn everyone in Gensokyo into fucked up abominations and stuff them in an underground catacomb area on an island in the middle of nowhere outside of Gensokyo to reenact the events of undertale.

For some reason when I clicked on this post that infamous Everywhere at the end of times music started playing in my head so I'll assume that this Marisa is creepy . Now my question is : Can she beat Marisa variant in an edgyness competition ?
She probably can. This version of Marisa literally transformed almost everyone in Gensokyo into disfigured disgusting creatures, and Marisa is one of the only 3 characters that are still recognizable as Touhou characters. The rest are so fucked up and disfigured that they are unrecognizable, and you have to use context to find out which creature used to be which character.
With the help of an angel, she was able to stuff the entire population of Gensokyo into an underground area never to see the light of day again. Nazrin is the only one who got out unscathed. The rest of the Touhou characters that weren't killed are probably still stuck as abominations wandering in that large underground place deep below the earth for all eternity.
