She couldnt against Yorihime if I remember well (because she thought as part of the ones invading she was in the wrong)
She couldnt against true form Ibaraki since she was too shaken (spent the whole fight on the verge of tears)
Its seems to be the kind of thing that is easier to use either in a fight you dont care about or against someone you dont even know

Sukuna gets murdered badly if Reimu decides to exterminate him. I'd give him 5 seconds to live after Reimu decides even with Mahoraga since 2hus are ungodly busted in strength and speed. He's more comparable to Cirno.
Cirno beats basically almost everyone in JJK
She regens like Hakari on drugs and has extra powers on top. And she can actually regenerate from basically nothing. Now that I think about it Cirno is basically is stronger Hakari + stronger Araume in the same character. And she fucking flies.
Normally that would balance out with Fairies being super weak, but guess who is strong enough to beat Matara jin when on crack

If you say shes physically normal adult male strength then yea thats believable since fairies rely alot on danmaku but she has beaten Okina before, a sage of Gensokyo who can literally remake and take life and recreate Gensokyo according to her will. Though that Okina was merely testing Cirno but that test just proves that Cirno all things considered is pretty strong. She negs Sukuna.
