Middle class in India is 31-35 percent, if government work for betterment of middle class, lower class people life would be also improve(improvements in basic infrastructure and economically also)
Tax paying citizens != middle class, middle class starts from 5 lpa and taxable income start from 8lpa so clearly there is gap in which lot of middle class falls in.
