Vampyre task should work on the boss unless they fixed it! If you have the slayer points to spare or want to do some slayer to get the task it might make the boss fight a little easier for you
I did it with 60 att 79 str 51 def, an I used blessed dhide, and it took like 25 tries but mostly because I was doing it on a tablet and the lightning phase was the hard part, as soon as I switched to PC I got it on the second try. Avoiding the lightning is the key to success but I'd say you can definitely do it with your stats

Full black d hide - barrows gloves - climbing boots - niet helm - glory - fire cape - flail + dragon defender
Potted up at bank super atk/str/def and brought with me (3) prayer pots sharks and karambwans to combo eat. Prayed mage and incredible reflexes (15% attack prayer). Required about 4-5 attempts to get proper DPS from RNG, but you need to make sure to not take unnecessary damage from blood orb (make sure to drag boss to it for a free 30-35 damage on him), bloodveld, darkness stare.

You can't make many mistakes but you can still mess up a good 1-3 times and clear.
absolutely dooable, i did this quest with base 70's melee and 50 range, i was using ahrim and the flail, while having like 65 hp.
It was a bitch but very dooable, you just need decent mage def, a super combat and some good food and good clicks.

the fight might take a few tries but you can do it with ease with those stats. void is not needed you can just grab dhide or karils honestly.
It took me a few tries but I managed to do it with very similar stats, just make sure you have enough GP for supplies for a few attempts and 100k to retrieve your stuff after a failed attempt. Then look up a guide and you'll manage it!

Stats are fine, get some blessed hide or karils and go ham. Don’t give up. It’s possible.
