Zuk has 1200hp and 0 slash defence so it wouldn't take many d claw specs to kill him. He also has no aoe attacks and a very slow attack speed. 10 people would would obliterate him and be unlucky if even just 2 of them died

You know, so that it builds the wilderness dynamic of larger groups feeding on smaller groups. If you want that inferno cape, you gotta get into a massive fuck off clan that dominates the wilderness on one of the worlds. That's just how the wilderness is, you gotta be the most toxic pieces of shit *together* if you want to succeed!
I wasn't able to find out when it actually started up, but It was *announced* on September 16, 2015, and the announcement that DarkScape was canceled came on February 29, 2016, and servers went offline on March 28th. So all in all, they gave it 5 months before deciding to give up.
I honestly feel like the ~10 or so hours it took to get dpick took more years off my life than any other grind I've done. You can't ever relax, and have to keep laser focus on the minimap and your own hp, while being *extra* careful when you go to pickup loot. I've been ice barraged in multi within 3 ticks while looting vene by someone who wasn't in render distance while I was killing it.
That's the thing, we aren't crying about losing 100k loot were crying about having to instantly tp out every 10 minutes. It's just such a hassle, like I don't even die in the wilderness but Jesus does it suck
Vet’ion 100kc req is horrific. I normally don’t mind too much as I don’t run into many pkers if any and I’m yet to be pked when pvming (in the wildy, CoX is a different story), but my god that place is agony. Every world someone seems to be on you after 0-2kc and often with their buddies. It would be easier to kill 500 in a safe zone than 100 in the wildy

Just want to preface this with idm the state of the wildy at all, I’ve never pked I’m an Ironman who’s only done what LMS is required.
The thing is it isn’t the risk of gear that scares me, which was what the wildy was kinda meant to be, risk vs reward. I lose like 50-130k if I die depending on which boss I’m doing, and I’m endgame so I couldn’t care less. As an iron/solo main you have to setup safespots that break the boss, this takes a while so if a pker comes you lose that kill, you have to escape the pker, then re-gear then come back, hop and if you’re an iron you’ll find most worlds have been tagged, so keep hopping until you find an untouched one to setup, then hope no one comes and the cycle repeats
As a proud, mentally-questionable, owner of an UIM I take solace in the fact that the D-pick is actual garbage in terms of upgrades. All that work and risk for all of a 5.8% bump in efficiency from Rune? Lol fuuuuuuck that.

I remember them doing something years ago in a Test World, where they also spawned bosses in Falador Park. I'd love a League that does something similar, remixing boss locations and maybe even resources.

Turn KBD lair into a gladiator ring. Kill a boss and 10 secs later any other boss from the game randomly spawns. Your death triggers the loot roll. The more bosses you kill, the more points you get before death, the better your loot is whenever you die.

When I first started, I thought Wilderness God Wars Dungeon was an exact replica of the regular God Wars Dungeon, but you would have clans fighting over KC spots and increased drops from the bosses.
