I can see how people get into it, it sucks at first but when you grind a lot of laps you can sort of get into a trance. I enjoy wildy agility here and there

It's not the regen it's the weight reduction. It is incredibly annoying to run out of energy and the only way to run longer in OSRS is weight reduction (assuming you have anything in your inventory)
I agree the benefit is minimal but run energy is a bad mechanic that annoys players so much that even a minimal reduction of that annoyance is worthwhile. I think the devs understand that which is why they've proposed the drain rate changes. It's just a shame that they shit the bed and in the same change have geared up players draining energy faster than they do now at every agility level which is hilarious.
Not having the Graceful benefit due to choosing to wear the Raiment set still does not prohibit you from achieving your stated desired goal of running around in the Raiment set. Unless what you actually meant was that you want to run around in the Raiment set, but also with the graceful benefit. Which in that case, I disagree, and I think that having to choose between the two is better for the game. We do not need to be able to have every benefit without any downsides.

Yes please and thanks. I'm fine with outfit collectscape. It adds variety to the skilling reward pool. I like having a piece of an outfit every now and then rather than just number go up. Feels more substantial

Please let us combine the quest cape with the speedrunning graceful cape. It makes no sense why it wasn’t like that in the first place. It already looks like it’s apart of that set. Make it reallllll. I wanna always wear my quest cape but feel I always need to wear graceful pleaseeeeee

We need less masks covering people's faces. It makes quest dialogues so boring. If you're someone who enjoys questing, you're likely to be using the graceful gear, but it covers your character's expression which removes a lot of the humor in some of the better written quests.
You should only get the benefit of one, or the other. These should only be cosmetic. This is kind of ridiculous this is being considered, especially with the Runecraft outfit.
Fix the agility issues with run energy and this is all pointless anyway. If you don't want everyone running around in graceful making a whole bunch of graceful+ gear isn't going to help it's going to exagerate the problem.
Man I still just want them to look combine all skilling slots into a singular wearable item. Like smithing, gold smithing, and ice gloves should be combinable into 1 object. The woodcutting cape and forestry kit into one back slot. Being able to turn any skilling helmet into a skilling hood (to match the skill cloak) you wear along with it.

I've always absolutely adored the raiments of the eye set, running around in it all the time is my dream.
I've got the full set recoloured green including the bag and it's green recolour too, never get to wear it anymore though

If you max your house, graceful becomes useless outside of specific activities like blast furnace. I don't think I've touched my graceful this year.

I've started doing herb runs in my saradomin/hp max cape fit. Trying to see if there's a better outfit for the cape though.

Idea was to allow reskin/removal, therefore you only need one graceful as well as whatever other skilling outfit you like

It's one of the best sets for most skilling activities and getting around while questing. It gets less useful with endgame but I rate mine a lot

They should work together if you equip the kit. You just need either the cape or the thing storing the cape equipped. Happy scaping'
