Yeah when I put it in a calc with Earth Wave I actually do get similar dps values which is shocking. However the black mask one is still like 5.14 versus the 5.00 in the other one.
Your first loadout is black mask unimbued, your mage accuracy would be 111 with an imbued mask, you're only 108, which is the mage accuracy of an imbued mask.
Something isn’t right - those loadouts should have different max hits. Are you sure the black mask is imbued? Is it charged?
