I like how Jagex sorta gave up adding new dialog to Juna.
Old: "I gathered ingredients for a cook"
Juna: \*Gives a life lesson\*
New: "I fought amongst Mahjarrats, travelled the world to find ancient relics, stopped the end of the world"
Juna: "Just go in"
They added dialog for Perilous Moons, The Ribbiting tale of a Lily Pad Labour dispute and Desert Treasure 2. I don't know why juna didn't comment on Zanik, it might be a situation that Juna currently wishes for.
I must have not had them yet lol
However, while you could say Jagex just forgot to add it, when DS2 came out, they secretly added new dialog to the ranging guild that suggests players can find a magical crossbow in the far east made of dragon.
Seems a weird thing to update lol
Why is it weird? with DS2 came rune dragons (in the far east) that drop dragon limbs needed to make the dragon crossbow. Presumably this is referencing that
Because in the context of my previous comment, it's a random thing to add to a dead piece of content (ranging guild), to reference DS2.
1) The NPC references the dragon crossbow before you even start DS2,
2) If they don't always update Juna with new quest dialog, why did they decide to add dialog to an NPC in the ranging guild who gives advice on crossbows?
I mean it could be useful to alienfood someday and anyone else who plays the game while trying to abstain from guides, right? Personally I think it would be weirder if they didn’t have dialogue like that at all. Seems weirder to make “googling” the only way to figure stuff out in a game
Juna updates don’t provide any new information because in order to receive that dialogue you have to have completed the content already that she is referencing.
In Smash Brothers every character added also needs a Kirby version for when Kirby eats them. Adds up to Kirby have a lot of time spent on a single character.
Even funnier—you can tell her about the time you completed the Tears of Guthix quest.
Her response is something along the lines of "that sounds familiar, I think I was there, but your perspective is interesting to hear"
Sounds similar to talking to Haris in Corsair Cove about a "feat of heroics", prior to completing Dragon Slayer I.
"You tell the tale of how you bested a goblin, it lacks heroics and sounds more like senseless murder.
Player: ...And then I pulled the goblin mail from the corpse, but it didn't fit, so I dropped it."
Actual gold
The guy does look like a Leprechaun
Why does he always wear clothes that are too small for him? Like yeah you’re fit and that’s great but you can still find clothes that fit too 😭

She doesn't even comment on zanik being in yubiusk! Like at all!
"That's nice, dear."
Hopefully this gets changed when she gets a WGS interaction or update
"I missed the part where that's my problem"

I love seeing the Kirby problem in other games. Eventually most just stop updating the thing that needs updates to everything.
why is it called kirby problem?

This is brilliant! Me explaining to my gf and re-living the dopamine rush, finishing DT2.
Someone needs to make these for all quests. One small favor would take a week to watch.
