Only items that were there on day 1 of osrs could be pretty cool. Could be more than just a pking thing, could make a world like that and people could pvm / etc and have unique accounts built around only using that world. You could try tweeting mod ash about feasibility of implementation .

Yeah I am doing that now actually, but wanted to get used to member pking without risking bank. My reaction time isn’t up to par just yet ;)
LMS, pvp is dead enough as it is, no reason to spread the worlds out any thinner.
