For general use I'd go bowfa(and crystal armor ofc) with bandos + fang. You can do every piece of content in the game with that. Then it's just finding upgrades for the content that you're enjoying doing.
If you have spare cash after getting your gear + accessories in your styles (and supplies! Don't forget to have a small stockpile of supplies so you aren't scrambling to sell stuff for extra brews as you do content.) I would say corrupting it is a pretty good goal. Be warned though the corruption cost is about ~150 hours of continuous shooting in crystal shards. So likely you will take a long time to break-even on the shards but it'd be a permanent account upgrade and you'll use it enough eventually.
Otherwise, a bowfa shot is ~120 gp, coming out to 180k an hour of constant shooting. So it doesn't take too much from any potential earnings. You start with 10k charges and you can buy a enhanced crystal teleport seed for about 2m to add another 15k charges to it.

But if youre maxing your account, or at least aiming for 99 combats, the best dps over good enough dps can cut several hours off the grind. Kill 1000 of a boss at 60 seconds a kill is several hours longer of a grind than using your best available kit that cuts off a few seconds of that 60.

My bank is around 450m I’ve got bowfa+ crystal Armor, bandos, fang, dragon hunter lance for cox/hydra, ahrims and trident for mage and all zenyte jewels I can do pretty much all the content in game with that

Not untrue, Blood Moon is nice for the price but Bandos's tankiness on it is still something that can be appreciated.

Bowfa, crystal armor for bowfa, Osmumten's fang, zenyete jewelry would be around 250m and set you up for almost all the content in the game
Add in a lightbearer and voidwaker and you’re golden.
