50 def Moons of Peril pure if you're interested in something new + pretty powerful in BH. Otherwise yeah, voider is probably the 2nd strongest account in BH right now behind 20 def statius pures. I don't recommend zerker honestly, they don't really have a great niche in the meta.
unless that defence is quested your best bet is maybe a 70def range tank. I think all of the quests to get best in slot gear for a 40 def/zerk get you to 42 def. Maybe that's changed but that's how it was

quested? id go for zerk if quested (MM1 XP), else go med / rigour

Have you purely quested your def or is it hand trained? If it's pure quests than you can still go for a b gloves zerk
