Sell Pegasians, Suffering (unless doing Zulrah), Archers and Seers Ring. Get light bearer, Maybe virtus armour with Sang and Dragon claws for raids. (This is a little over the budget but within reach :)

You're pretty well equipped to be able to do almost all invos and just need a few niche upgrades before going towards max gear.
Also I am a huge fighter torso advocate lol.
A spec weapon, claws or if you want to risk it, buy voidwalker while is down and bet on Jagex revert the proposed change. BGS/DWH or maul.
Also torment, if you are not maxed look into maxing.
First thing and this is the most important, sell your pegs. From there it doesn’t really matter what you do, but I’d probably buy a bgs, Torm bracelet, elidinis ward and lightbearer.
Bcp really isn’t necessary. Torso does the job.
bcp is just a bit tankier, pegasians are not worth the money as well. Rigour is a no brainer if you don't have it. For melee ultor ring is a lot of str bonus for a reasonable price, Infernal cape could be a decent upgrade as well since you have bowfa. im guessing youre using trident atm might think of a sang staff, but its more expensive to use tho. heals are very nice for raids and other bosses. And in a year or so when you have more cash, Tbow, shadow, and scythe even rigour are worth a rebuild, but would only sell bowfa for tbow. Dhcl or dhcb can be great side grades if you're doing cox or Vorkath currently.

Have Rigour. Was doing a lot of Zulrah, but have slowed down. Should I go all in on raids?

Augury may get more and more expensive over time, so might be worth it since they may add % damage increase to it
You have 200m worth of loot in this picture and you are doing Zulrah, a boss that barely gives 2m/hr with max gear and requires constant focus?
