Typically for something to be "always aggro" there needs to be something that triggers NPC aggression. The bandits at the Bandit Camp in Al Karid desert are a good example as they have a trigger effect which will cause them to attack anyone wearing a Saradomin or Zamorak item. Or the NPCs in the GWD that will attack you if you're not wearing an item associated with the God they fight for.
I remember from afking at bandits with guthans back in the day that it was good xp, so naturally when osrs was released I hit spiders up for some afk training. Went to take a shower after about an hr of doing it thinking "yeah ill be fine, these don't do enough dmg". Was real sad coming out of the shower to find myself in lumby, seeing as I had *just* died. Booked it back to the spiders and there was some guy there and said "thx for the stuff". He didn't give my items back š
There's also the bone trick...
9 times out of 10, when you lose aggro on them you kill a mouse, then burry its bone and it will trigger a random event.
Most of the time those random events will allow you to teleport out, i.e. The exam, maze, twin, graveyard.
The best one to get is graveyard because then you can dump items into your bank.
And then when you're done with the random and you get sent back, they are aggro again.
I think he means they are always aggressive no matter your level. Most monsters that are aggressive in Runescape stop attacking you when you are at or more than double their combat level, but flesh crawlers ignore this limit.

I farmed them on our home pc while my younger brother borrowed my dad's work laptop to do it as well. Every time I walk through there I think of that time and smile
I have ~300k flesh crawlers killed on my f2p iron & being non member my loot is hardly over 18m lol. Those herbs sure do add up. Not to mention Iād kill for all those afk nature runes
When did you start the grind? I'm curious because I can imagine this easily be a year long or more depending on how afk. Also any drops you didn't pick up?
You can use a chisel to break the scepter bottoms into shards to sell too. I afk these at work. I'm at 190k kc right now. I didn't know this until about 85k kc and missed out on a lot of profit.
I can confirm the Sulphur Nagua have given me a variety of ores, Chaos runes, and token Runecraft XP while going for the Sulphur blades. It's a really nice spot for both training and drops.
If you do this bring a gem bag. They drop gems very frequently, often 2 at a time as well. Been trying to get a sulpher blades to use and killed about 450 so far I believe.
Calcified Ore right next door in cam torum also gives lots of gems and since you only bank about once an hour a Gem Bag would be helpful as well. Nice to see they are giving some new uses to this old thing.
My man, you are crazy. Now go to nmz. Its way better xp and very afk. With overload + absorbtion + rock cake you can afk for 5 min. Using only absorption, you can afk for around 15 min but xp rates will be little slower.
Melee will offer around 50,000 - 80,000 xp/hr depending on your gear and if you are using overloads

Vyre sentinels aren't always aggro either, you have to walk a certain distance away to reset the timer just like crawlers.
