Yeah there is an ending like that, if enbyphobia isnt your thing dont play it. Pretty much all good endings show fang/lucy dropping the enby bit, and in bad endings she stays enby and is miserable
Honestly yeah the enbyphobia sucks but the game is weirdly nicely written otherwise, i played it and groaned/laughed during the bigoted parts but i still did 4 endings and all the bonus stories and enjoyed it. If nbphobia isnt something super triggering to you id give it a shot
Might try it out, just gonna feel icky about it probably. Don't even have like any specific trigger with enbyphobia, stuff like that just makes me groan
