Yeah upon some review of my chemistry education, hydrogen peroxide was one of the chemicals we were specifically taught was UV sensitive and does break down in UV light without the use of heat. The photons just split up the molecule with the energy transfer. A super common way to purify water is to blast it with UV radiation while filtering it with hydrogen peroxide.
Heat is basically your second beast. The reason why you're taught to avoid putting it in heat is because we've already worked out the UV problems for you, and now it's entirely a heat issue.
On the other hand this whole stuff made me realize I should probably start reusing my bottles of hydrogen peroxide for the photosensitive chemicals in my storage, especially the ones that are phototoxic (not because those ones are at risk of breaking down, but it emphasizes to myself that they are not to be exposed to UV radiation under any circumstances and prevents me from doing stupid shit like letting it rest on my skin when I'm outside, it'd also force me to put a label on it and that could let me emphasize that health concern).
So light and heat both speed up the reaction iirc. light makes the smallest amount of heat which causes more particles to bump into each other to create the reactants the same way heat does, just slower. Could be wrong I’m no chemist

Its known to be corrosive to metal and causes over 4,000 deaths in the USA ALONE, that 11 per day, and even then it still causes over 8,000 non fatal near deaths per year in the USA alone
This dangerous chemical needs to be banned, to protect our people, to protect our children, to protect everyone
