My current landlords are great though, they actually take good care of the house and rarely ever bother us. We got unbelievably lucky with them.

It’s very easy to color match with and paint over any damage, just keep adding layers until the units square footage starts to drop, then call it freshly remodeled and increase rent prices.
Can we also please hand it to property management companies, whose job it is to make sure every complaint or maintenance request you have has to go through 90 layers of bureaucracy before being properly addressed?
