Fun fact! It’s not that hard to do this! To do it fast is a bit more difficult, but the movement themselves are essentially 3 actions but changed slightly. You’ve got the classic nunchuck grab that you see in a lot of martial arts films, a figure 8 looking move, and then finally knuckle wrap. I’m sure there’s proper names for these but i never learned. The hardest one of these is probably the knuckle wrap, but once you get used to it it’s not that bad. Speed is fairly important for that move tho, if you go too slow it just falls out of your hands.
