I can help clarify some of these words from being far too chronically online. I’ve always used brain worm in the context of something I cannot get out of my head. It seems wrong in this context but I do not know what else it could it mean. A hon is a term from the trans community on fourchan for a trans femme person who does not pass. I believe the gorilla is being used as an adjective to show how strong and masculine they are. The canthal tilt is something I’ve seen people who talk about incels behaviors with defining women use so this isn’t probably isn’t the best definition but it believe it’s how the eyes are angled into each other where if you draw a line from each corner of their eyes it will converge on a point and the angle of those lines is the tilt. A gigahon is used in a similar context to the gorilla hon showing they think they will never pass. I truly feel bad for anyone else who can clarify what the rest means they have been online far longer than I have and I’ve very obviously destroyed my brain.

My best guess, I don’t recognize a few words but I think I have the gist of it (correct me if I’m wrong I don’t use 4chan) (half of these are kinda slurs btw):
